Preschool Schedule

9:30-10:00 Drop off & Free Play Time

-This is a time for parents to drop off their kiddos & a chance for the children to work on valuable social skills like sharing & respect.

10:00-10:20 Circle Time

-Sing “days of the week” song

-Sing “months of the year” song

-Go over the weather

-Go over the “Letter of the Week” and sing the song that corresponds with that letter.
-Read our book for the Letter of the Week and discuss the different sounds that letter makes. 

10:20-10:30 Snack Time

At this time we will have a snack that usually corresponds with the Letter of the Week. (Apples for Letter A, Bananas for Letter B.)

10:30-11:00 Letter of the Week Activity
At this time students will have the opportunity to learn more about the Letter of the Week through fun interactive projects & activities.

11:00-11:15 Learning Center Time

-During Center Time, the students will have the opportunity to explore learning concepts through hands on activities. Examples of some learning center activities: blocks, playdough, whiteboards, book bins, bean bags, etc.

11:15-11:30 Story Time

-This is the time when I will read stories that get the children excited about reading & excited to learn.

11:30-11:40 Free Play Time

-This is when the children can play freely with the INSIDE toys (blocks, play kitchen, cars, trains, animals, etc.) while I get their lunches all ready.

11:40-12:00 Lunch Time

-The kids will get to eat their lunches together during lunchtime in the backyard or at the kitchen table.

12:00-12:30 Parent Pickup & Free Play

-The children will have free play together while parents come and pick up their children.
